Any foreclosure defense attorney will attest that foreclosure litigation is a very complex process, but it can be handled in an efficient manner by a professional lawyer. For most people, representing yourself in pro se litigation can be extremely worrisome.
Recently, a Florida foreclosure defense attorney stated that he has come across instances where the judge rendered different judgments for attorneys who presented similar arguments and case laws on similar matters. The attorney says that the presentation of the case may be the most important.
The arguments presented and case laws cited are significant, but the essential point is the professional touch of an attorney to the submissions. This paves the way to obtaining judgment in favor of the client. Even though similar arguments were made by two attorneys, the decision given by the judges differed. One attorney presented the case in a more efficient manner and the judge rendered a positive decision.
The attorney noted that sometimes even professionals fail to help their clients, even though they present the case in an organized manner. As such, the situation with pro selitigants would turn out to be worse. They do not have the legal knowledge that attorneys possess. They are not experienced in handling the foreclosure cases, and it becomes increasingly difficult for them to understand the process because they lack the expertise in such matters.
Therefore, the attorney works to aid the pro se litigants. He desires to make them more aware that representing oneself in a case is a hard nut to crack. Preparation of arguments from blogs and other informative sites are not sufficient. The skill and expertise of an attorney is the best way to succeed in foreclosures.
The attorney suggests that the parties should be represented by the right attorney who has the skill and experience of presenting the right arguments in the right manner.
